Refund policy of Gamemobile

| In order to improve the service of Gamemobile, from now on, any customer who is not satisfied with our products or service can get the refund within 120 minutes since the time when the order is paid successfully no matter if we have made the delivery. |
| Refund Attention: |
- The payment you want to refund has to be made with your Gamemobile account.
- The payment could only be refunded within 120 minutes from the time when the order is made.

| We will refund you if you are not satisfied with any following item: |
- Did not receive the SMS of download link.
- Not satisfied with the contents of the Products.
- Not satisfied with the service.
- Can’t download or install the application.
- The application does not work well in my phone.

| How to refund: |
- Login your Gamemobile account
- Click” History Order”.
- Click” refund” beside the order you want to refund.
- Complete the Survey Form.
- Confirm to refund.
- Refunded
